Jon McMullen practices criminal defense throughout Washington and Oregon and has earned a reputation as a highly effective criminal defense advocate in both legal negotiation and when arguing in front of judges and juries. He has successfully defended all types of criminal cases including child sex abuse, domestic violence, DUI, drug offenses (including medical marijuana, large marijuana grow cases and methamphetamine manufacture), and homicide, winning many cases at trial.
Earlier in his career, he was chosen by a poll of attorneys throughout the state as a "Rising Star" in Washington Law and Politics magazine three years in a row.
In 2014, he was proud to be chosen by his peers to receive the Clark County Bar Association's inaugural Trial Lawyer of the Year award.
Mr. McMullen was further honored in 2015 by being invited into the National Trial Lawyer's Top 100.

Mr. McMullen has been asked to speak and moderate in various legal seminars focusing on the defense of DUI, Domestic Violence, and legal ethics. He has served as a legal expert/commentator for a variety of news programs on criminal defense issues.
Kelly has spent her entire career in the legal field. Prior to joining our team, she worked for the Oregon Judicial Department. After spending four years in Oregon, she accepted a position with the Superior Court Clerk's Office in Washington. As a clerk of the court, she was responsible for assisting judges with procedural matters in the courtroom during both trials and hearings.
She then furthered her legal experience working for the City of Vancouver at the Domestic Violence Prosecution Center for the last six years.
Megumi has been with our office since 2006. Her responsibilities include assisting in every stage of the trial process, including preparation.
